With over 20 years of people management experience, hundreds of interviews, and dozens of hirings, I am fluent in all recruiting and staffing matters. I am also experienced in leading leaders, motivation techniques, and team building. I have a profound background in building high-growth, billion-dollar businesses across multiple geographies.
As an experienced business developer, I have closed multi-million-dollar contracts with leading brands. I am a digital native who has worked on complex, large-scale projects, as well as in startup environments.

Besides my own advisory business I manage the German business of Boardio as a Country Manager. It is an innovative platform connecting businesses with advisors helping them in every aspect like market expansion, expert advice or receiving funding.
In parallel I serve as a Chief Innovation Officer at OMG e-commerce GmbH, a scale up company focusing on experimental shop concepts, digital marketing, e-commerce and ad tech.
In 2024 I have founded Ultimate Identity, a Web3 AdTech Startup, which will revolutionize Digital Ads in the post-cookie era.
